In the downtown area, Peel Street will be closed between Sherbrooke Street and De Maisonneuve Boulevard starting on Friday, March 19 at 10 p.m. until Monday, March 22 at 5 a.m. This closure is necessary for the installation of a pedestrian walkway.
Finally, on Sunday, March 21, starting at 6 a.m., the Bonaventure Expressway will be closed in both directions between the Wellington Street exit and the entrance to the Champlain Bridge. This closure is due to the demolition of the Wellington Street overpass. Drivers can use the Victoria Bridge or the Champlain Bridge as alternate routes.
