Police are seeking witnesses in connection to a suspicious death near the High Level Bridge in Edmonton.

According to authorities, the incident occurred on Sunday evening at approximately 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of 109 Street and Saskatchewan Drive. The area has been cordoned off as investigators continue to gather evidence.

The victim has been identified as 35-year-old John Doe, but no further details have been released at this time. The cause of death has also not been disclosed.

Police are urging anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident to come forward with any information they may have. This includes any potential witnesses or individuals who may have seen something out of the ordinary.

In a statement, Edmonton Police Service spokesperson Const.
