One person has been injured in a collision on the Don Valley Parkway (DVP) in Toronto, according to the Toronto Police Service (TPS).
The incident occurred on Sunday evening, around 8:30 p.m., on the southbound lanes of the DVP near Don Mills Road.
According to TPS, a vehicle was traveling southbound on the DVP when it collided with a guardrail. The impact caused the vehicle to spin out of control and hit another vehicle.
Emergency services were called to the scene and one person was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The southbound lanes of the DVP were closed for several hours as police investigated the scene and cleared the wreckage. The lanes have since been reopened.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation and it is unclear if any charges will be laid.
