Brantford Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager.
According to authorities, 16-year-old Sarah Johnson was last seen on Monday evening in the area of Colborne Street and Park Avenue. She was reported missing by her family on Tuesday morning.
Johnson is described as 5’5″ tall, with a slim build and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black leggings, and white sneakers.
Police are concerned for her well-being and are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward. They are also urging Johnson to contact her family or the police to confirm her safety.
In a statement, Brantford Police Constable Shane Seibert said, “We are doing everything we can to locate Sarah and bring her home safely. We are asking anyone who may have seen her or has any information to please come forward.”
The police have also released a photo of Johnson in hopes that it will aid in the search.
