Brockville Police have made an arrest in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on Monday afternoon when a vehicle was reported stolen from a residence on King Street West. The owner of the vehicle had left it running and unattended, making it an easy target for thieves.
After receiving the report, Brockville Police immediately launched an investigation and were able to locate the stolen vehicle in the area of Park Street. The suspect, a 32-year-old man, was found inside the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident.
The man has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle and is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
