A First Nation community in British Columbia is offering a reward for any information that may lead to finding a missing woman.

The woman, identified as 31-year-old Mary Smith, was last seen on January 15 in the community of Xwisten, located in the Fraser Canyon. She was reported missing by her family on January 18.

According to the RCMP, Smith was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a red and white toque. She is described as being 5’6″ tall, with a slim build and long black hair.

The Xwisten First Nation is offering a $5,000 reward for any information that may help locate Smith. The community is also asking anyone with information to come forward and contact the RCMP.

In a statement, Chief John Smith of the Xwisten First Nation expressed concern for Mary’s well-being and urged anyone with information to come forward. He also thanked the community for their support and assistance in the search efforts.
