Sedgwick, a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions, has recently announced the addition of Nicole Ostrom to their team as Executive General Adjuster in Ontario.
Ostrom brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty claims. She has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
In her new role, Ostrom will be responsible for managing complex claims and providing strategic guidance to clients in Ontario. She will also work closely with Sedgwick’s team of experts to develop innovative solutions and drive growth in the region.

Ostrom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP). She is also a member of the Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (CIAA) and the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association (OIAA).
